IDIR at the Waterkant Festival 2025: From Research to Application

As part of the ‘Science. Innovation. Spin-off.’ session hosted by the Transfer Department of CAU Kiel,
Dr. Friedericke Bönisch, project coordinator of IDIR, presented the project at this year's Waterkant Festival.
In her ten-minute pitch, she compellingly illustrated how IDIR is progressing from research toward real-world application – with the aim of bringing digital innovation into medical practice.

The session also featured two other research-based spin-offs from CAU Kiel at different stages of development:
AIQ, an innovative antibody-drug conjugate for T-cell cancer therapy,
and the already established Quantview GmbH, which has developed a novel contrast agent to improve cancer diagnostics.

IDIR would like to thank the organizers of the Waterkant Festival and the Transfer Department of CAU Kiel
(Jan Graw and Dr. Anna-Lena Hansen) for the opportunity to present the vision of IDIR.
