A Milestone Achievement: Chiara Dazzi earns her doctorate
On 15 June 2026, Chiara Dazzi successfully defended her doctoral thesis entitled “In silico investigation of the mechanoregulation of sprouting angiogenesis during bone healing“.
The research was carried out at at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and in close collaboration with IDIR and TUHH.
The research was supervised by, among others, Prof. Dr. Sara Checa (PI IDIR, TUHH).
The key findings of the thesis have already been published in leading international journals such as Computers in Biology and Medicine.
